Overall okay.The room is quite spacious and everything needed is provided. One thing need to be improved, the water pressure of shower is low,which makes my bathing experience unpleasant, In terms of breakfast,it has great variety of choices and good taste.the location is not the best,since it's 10mins away from airport

家人們謹慎避雷，這家店嚴重種族歧視，店員對待白人熱情諂媚，對待華人冷臉態度傲慢。本來免費贈送的礦泉水，入住時排隊在我們前面的白人就主動遞給人家，一個房間兩個白人可以送4瓶，我和我朋友預訂兩個房間，找前台要水的時候先被盤問個人訊息，然後一人一瓶想多要一瓶還被諷刺説這水沒收費！！暗指我們貪便宜！還有寄存行李的時候故意把我們晾在一邊，入住的時候各種盤問訊息，預訂的房型跟入住的房型不符，其次選這家店是為了離機場近，但是介紹裡顯示的是直線距離，事實上從機場到酒店要繞一大圈並且經過一個很危險的路口，路也不好找。住在這個酒店是整個英國之旅最壞的體驗！My stay at this hotel in Manchester was deeply disappointing — I was treated in an unfair way that I can only describe as racism.

説是對華人友好，酒店前台的服務員對白人非常客氣，主動送水。為華人辦理入住卻頭都不擡，不主動送水，我們自己下去要，還衹能一人一瓶，説是本來就沒收費，太刻薄了加種族歧視了，不會再去，也會告訴國內的朋友不要再住希爾頓。

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Manchester Airport after arriving back from our holiday in the early hours. The hotel made everything so easy and stress-free, which was exactly what we needed after a long journey. The check-in was smooth and welcoming. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to rest. What really stood out was the level of service, the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite the late hour, nothing was too much trouble. It was the ideal end to the last leg of our 訂房網站, and we would happily stay here again whenever travelling through Manchester Airport.

It was a good stay. The only issue we found was that we were given the accessible room and when taking a shower, the floor wasn't the correct gradient / level to let the water drain so it was literally flooded in the bathroom until I swept it up with a towel, really deep water, and it smelled damp. Breakfast was an extra 15 pounds but very good. In all, a fine stay for a quick layover.

The location is just 10 minutes walk from Manchester Airport Terminal 1. The room is clean but there is no fridge at all. It is a bit out of expectation that the bar and restaurant in the hotel are actually look exactly as its conference halls, I think they just put tables and chairs there in café setting and make it the restaurant, no any decent lighting, furniture, decorations to boost an dining atmosphere, not even sounds like a place for breakfast. You can see from the picture the venue can be reverted back to a conference hall just removing the table sets. A bit disappointed for the dinner of the night's stay as it is at hotel pricing, food is just ok. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is nothing close by unless you travel to other areas, the closest walkable location is the airport or the train station.
